It's been almost a month since the first Family Constellation Intermediate Course ended, and during this time, I've noticed some unexpected changes within myself that have given me new insights into life. First, following Teacher Chou Ting Wen's method, I have been visualizing a connection with the masculine strength in my family every day. I found that my relationship with my father gradually improved. Instead of complaining about his past lack of responsibility towards the family, I started feeling grateful to him. I appreciated how he and my mother raised us, and I developed a sense of love and respect for him. As a result, I felt a newfound strength within me—one that came from being able to love and embrace. This expanded my heart and allowed me to play with my children more attentively. Rather than becoming irritated by their crying, I would gently communicate with them. I even noticed that my daughter, who used to be distant, started becoming closer to me. Family members and employees around me began to describe me as more approachable and kind. Furthermore, through workshops, organizational constellation work, and the intermediate course, my mindset shifted from being eager to participate in cases to focusing more on the flow of love and energy within the field. Every time I participated as a representative, I immersed myself in feeling the emotions and different energies flowing through my body in the moment. I noticed that this gave me a deeper sense of insight in my daily life. I became more attentive to others, understanding what they were thinking, which helped me find the most appropriate way to communicate with them. At work, I started acting more like a facilitator of constellations, paying attention to the bigger picture of the company's development rather than being bogged down in the details as I used to be. Also, by completing Teacher Chou Ting Wen's family tree assignment, I discovered that my grandfather was a righteous and just man. During the Anti-Japanese War, he was brutally killed by the Japanese army while protecting the villagers. His sacrifice saved the lives of others. Whenever I think of this, a sense of pride wells up within me, and I feel honored to have such an upright and just ancestor. I intend to do good deeds in his name, letting future generations know that their ancestors were people of integrity and righteousness. This year, my father, other family members, and I plan to return to our ancestral home to trace our roots, hoping to draw more strength from our ancestors' past.
