Within these currents, we find both health and happiness, as well as illness and mortality.
During a constellation session, the participant may bring up issues such as illness or suicide contemplation, and these issues may stem from their love for their families. If they can find release, they can discover a new sense of belonging within their family and adopt a different attitude towards illness. Conversely, if they hold a pessimistic view closely linked with death, they will accept that illness brings death, and health will no longer be the most important treasure to them.
Health is often regarded as the most important treasure by many doctors and participants, however the soul has different standards. If we can accept that illness has its own meaning and greatness, just like health does, then passing away at the appropriate time also holds equal significance and greatness. By approaching health and illness in this way, we can face them calmly and fearlessly.
In Western philosophy, there's an ancient proverb: "Things have their reasons for coming into existence, and when they are no longer needed, they should return to their original state. For injustices, there must be repentance to bring about justice, all according to the laws of time." Hellinger provides a thorough and profound explanation of this saying. Simply put, it means that holding onto life too tightly goes against the essence of existence. We flow with the currents of life and death, which is a grand harmony. Within this flow, we encounter both health and happiness, as well as illness and death. Understanding this, we approach life and death with a different attitude.
